Users retain ownership of content they upload to SoClip. By uploading content, users grant SOCLOSE PTE. LTD. a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload and use such content.
6. Liability
SOCLOSE PTE. LTD. makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information published on the Platform. However, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors, interruptions, or defects. We shall not be liable for:
